- PICTURE ID IS MANDATORY
- JOUVERT PACKAGES MUST BE PICKED UP AT THIS LOCATION NO LATER THAN 10PM on October 11th

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀...

STEP 1: Enter the "INTENDED FOR USE" by adding the email address listed on the attendee's account. If you have Multiple Orders, each person needs to create an account and use the email address from that account to assign the "Intended for Use". This is required to attend event & ensure each attendee signs the agreement.

- Go to Orders - Click on Order to open - Select "Intended for Use" - Enter email address

STEP 2: Sign "Indemnification Agreement"

- After completing Step 1, go to the Dashboard and Sign the Online Agreement. If you have Multiple Orders, the agreement will be shown on each attendee's dashboard & must be signed.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘:
Adding the 'Intended for' on an order does not mean they are the Authorized Pick Up Person. The account in which the order was purchased will remain the Pick up person UNLESS you Authorized a New Pick Up person via filling out the Pick Up form.

》Log into your account
》Go to Orders
》Select 'PICK UP'
》Fill out the Form
